      Flexible working arrangements, great office culture. Hours are dependent on the individual. Base is 38 hours per week.

      Cons

      Commission after you've written 3 times the salary, @$72k/year inc tax and super. You must write above $216k, before receiving commission, and still the company take 50%. Before tax. However this is negotiable in the interviews.
