      The people are great! Salaries are respectable. Access to many great real estate resources. Some potential for travel. The Colliers conferences are FANTASTIC!

      Cons

      Very limited growth potential. Leadership is decentralized and inconsistent. Overall compensation package is average. Customer service and product deliverables are inconsistent.
