      Pros

      Good employees and some basic training provided. A decent place to start career in commercial real estate. Has a good reputation throughout the country.

      Cons

      Management is really disconnected and needs to be more attuned to everyday needs. There is no room or support for growth. Constantly losing employees to other firms.
