Pros
I've held four different roles at Colliers and each time I was looking for a new challenge (or when a senior leader had a new challenge for me) I had an opportunity to increase my responsibilities and skills. The people really care about each other and strive to collaborate. There is no "average day."
Cons
It's not the right place for people who are complacent, want to just punch a clock, or would prefer a thorough manual on how to do their jobs. Your career is what you make of it here, so you either dive in passionately or will soon find others have surpassed you.
