Pros
-The culture I LOVE my team and the provide an outlet for those times when nothing is going your way and just make coming to work more enjoyable. I don't work in the main office with most of my colleagues but we have the TECHNOLOGY and use it so I feel like I am there. Technology is great I work off of a surface which is easy to tote around with me and we are always investing in new systems to make my life easier. Career Growth, my manager is constantly updating me on where I stand where I can go and what I need to do to get there. This is the first place where I don't have to awkwardly bring it up. Overall they treat you like an adult and expect you to do you job while supporting you along the way. Would definitely recommend.
Cons
We are still growing so there are some growing pains it isn't perfect but I think they do a good job recognizing the negatives and addressing them.
