Pros
-They offer a generous tuition reimbursement. -Good PTO -If you are driven, and observant enough to know who to network with, moving up is not difficult
Cons
I think it varies plant to plant but some local cultures are difficult to break free from. Some facilities are more ahead of the technology curve than others. Which can be frustrating for those behind the curve.
