You are mandated to be on-call 24/7, even on your personal vacation. This would make sense if this were a critical or 'AOG' role, but there were no urgent requests. Even if you work hard and put in 10-12 hour days, productivity and results were meaningless. Zero support and respect from management, which was very troubling. No opportunities for training or self-improvement. These are just a few factors which caused many people leaving for other companies. Extremely negative atmosphere, in an old, dark, and stuffy building. HR was extremely unprofessional, and not helpful whatsoever.
