      Hard to say anymore, just when you say "they can't cut our pay and benefits anymore" bam, they find a way to cut your pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Never ending cuts to benefits coupled with raises that don't keep up with real inflaition leads to a greater incentive to explore other opportunities...
