Pros
Like most companies there are engineers and teams that strive for doing the right thing by both the company and the end customer. Midwestern values of legacy Rockwell Collins means even though you get frustrated, they're still some of the nicest people on Earth. Benefits were great but UTC may be the downfall of that post 2019....
Cons
Too many levels of management. Complete lack of real world technical skills at most levels of both management and engineering. Inability for anyone to get fired, so the majority of the company gives zero effort... Complete failure to do your job is rewarded with a new title.... Free to do nothing for a few years on another program.... Stuck with legacy rigid views on how products should be designed and produced so they're outclassed by the "there's an app for that" state of post-2010.
