Stay away from Collins - Engineer Collins Aerospace Employee Review

For the last 2 years the company has been talking a lot about employee wellbeing, leadership values, work-life balance but it’s all just lip service. The company started laying off employees this week despite sales volumes at an all-time high. All indirect open positions are also frozen and hybrid employees have been mandated to return to the office. I cannot find another job fast enough. Employees are clearly disposable - gotta make sure the executives get their fat bonuses
