Zero compensation unless you sell, and then they take 80% of your sales, no management abilities throughout the levels, no real direction given, no training, they basically expect you to do it all on your own and then make them money. Almost all Account Executives, ADM's, and DM's run their own business...be very causious when the "recruit" you, they are only looking for another body to provide money for the ADM's and DM's, because they make the money, not you.
