Pros

I am so grateful I was hired. In my role I work closely with ownership Vendors and Partners, the relationship and company culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me management co- workers and even past employees . The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. For employees who are looking put experience and skills to use they will provide a platform and as much support as possible.

Cons

Because my personal interest is to work hard and be challenged I haven't experienced a downside to working at Colonial Marble. One thing I will say is get ready to be busy in a good way.

Pros

I can definitely say that the energy and family atmosphere has kept me with the Colonial Family for many many years now. Not only have I learned a lot along the way, but have made long lasting friendships with my coworkers! The business has surpassed many competitors out there and is continuing to expand rapidly and successfully!

Cons

The only con I would say is keeping up with the company growth.

Pros

none that I ever saw

Cons

I cannot stress enough what a toxic work environment this is. After being hired and touted for my professional work ethic during the interview process, I was constantly berated for all of my work and given no autonomy to do my work. I was taken off projects with no explanation and was constantly caught up in the blame game amongst co-workers. Leadership seems only interested in the bottom line with no care whatsoever to their employees needs or creating a safe workplace culture. Furthermore, the entire workplace was a huge OCIA red flag. I'm surprised they have not been reported multiple times over. Flash vs. substance and quality is the name of the game here.
