Unstable leadership: I experienced high management turnover, with five different managers in just six years. This lack of continuity created confusion and instability. Low morale, the overall atmosphere in the company was negative, with employees feeling unsupported and unheard. Paycheck issues, paychecks frequently bounced causing significant financial stress and a lack of trust in the company. Subpar benefits, employee benefits were not competitive or supportive, and there was little focus on employee well-being. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians, which resulted in a lack of clear direction and inefficient management. High turnover rate, the company struggled with retaining both employees and management, creating an environment of constant change and instability. Lack of support for employees, with little effort to improve conditions or provide adequate resources. Salary: For anything less than a senior management role, the pay was "so, so" Raises aren't easily/willingly given, even if your doing an amazing job.
