Pros
Colony Brands is a family owned company that cares about its team. If you work hard and show your potential, there is lots of opportunity. It is located in a smaller community, so no traffic to worry about. They care about their surrounding community and are known to invest in many organizations annually in an effort to improve the community.
Cons
For some it is the location (but this is a positive for me). They are frugal and intentional with spending. This is what has allowed them to remain in business for almost 100 years. The buildings aren't going to be state of the art.
