Pros
If you are looking to work your way through a company over 20 years, this ain't it. That said the benefits and overall environment couldn't be better. Tuition benefit is almost a must use as compensation is a bit lower than perhaps a non-education environment.
Cons
Not a great place for vertical growth. Not a place to explore opportunities if you are first getting in to the workforce.
