Pros
CRA is a wonderful place to work, I've been with CRA for 9 years and wouldn't think of leaving. We have great benefits including profit sharing not many do that anymore. Most of the doctors are great to work for. We have a great clinical manager and hr manager. They make it easy for us to come to them if there is a problem.
Cons
Better pay, with the cost of living increasing to what it has in Denver it's hard to survive without getting a second job.
