There are no good reasons to work for this company. If you want a job to get a paycheck, then yes. But if you are a person who cares about your job...keep searching.
Cons
Let me count the ways. Management sucks. Consistent backstabbing. It’s a tattletale environment. Knee jerk reactions without getting to the bottom of a situation. They don’t appreciate new ideas or people who think. They will create new positions without posting for applications. They change job titles to ‘promote from within’ who they want without posting for interviews. Medical staff talks about the doctors and their ‘bedside manner’. Doctors are divas. At the Vision Walk, the doctors didn’t acknowledge the worker bees who run the business. They are totally oblivious to the people who work for them and actually supply their paycheck to them.
