I have never had a more positive workplace experience than I did while at Colorado Retina Associates. The physicians care deeply about the management and staff and they are always encouraging their team members to learn, be heard and be challenged. I always felt that I had a voice in decision making and that I was listened to. The management cares very much about the staff and is very willing to accommodate personal requests and location changes if need be.
