Pros
income is good, lots of extra learning and earning opportunities, mostly great physicians, awesome team dynamics and comraderie. you can come in with zero knowledge and leave with great experience IF you put in work. do the work and learn the skills and it's an easy job. very skills-based, but when you get it, you get it.
Cons
STRESSFUL, a few people get most of the responsibility and a lot of others just float by. income is inequal and not standardized. patients are getting MEAN. travel sucks.
