Awful company - Anonymous employee Colorado Retina Associates Employee Review

The management sucks, no one seems to know for sure what's going on. They target their hardworking employees and keep the staff that seem to only know how to instigate drama. The doctors have no clue how management treats their employees. Every time someone is fired or someone quits they find someone else to target. I'm absolutely amazed that staff that are constantly messing up never seem to get in trouble here. There is no opportunity to advance here.
