      Decent Pay, Consistent Schedule, Equipment

      Favoritism/Bro Code- Will take an employee who lifts at the gym 7days a week VS. the guy who is more knowledgeable and experienced. They care more about the "image" of who they are. Lost Paperwork-Submitted paper work to get guard card for DC, paid for all the fingerprints and physical, just to have my paperwork never submitted. Thanks alot!
