The school seems to be at too fast-paced and sink or swim mentality of an environment to be sustainable, and it is straining the faculty and negatively impacting the experiences of students. Many students are left feeling a lack of support from the labs because of this strain, and like they are not even wanted, and left to figure many things out without guidance.
