      Doesn't pay a livable wage to be able to live in Fort Collins easily. You'll need a roommate or some sort of dual income.

      fort collins is a beautiful city with tons of easily accessible outdoor recreation. the characterization facilities are currently going through needed upgrades

      course-load can feel somewhat limited. certain research advisors could benefit from HR training
