      It is a great place to work because you are generally working with students so they are open-minded and geared to learning.

      Cons

      There is currently a pay raise lock as the school is not receiving enough funding. In tough times the university suffers because the state cannot provide further funding.

      fort collins is a beautiful city with tons of easily accessible outdoor recreation. the characterization facilities are currently going through needed upgrades
