Pros
Working for Facilities at CSU was a pretty decent gig. I was able to work on a number of high-profile projects and really learned a lot about project management from the universities perspective.
Cons
Some people in the management could be petty. At times work would go though a boom bust cycle, one week you'd be twiddling your thumbs, the next you'd be slammed with work.
