      Solid institution with a strong track record

      Cons

      No cost of living adjustments for 3-4 years and no retroactive make-up for that lack of adjustment with improved economy :-(

      fort collins is a beautiful city with tons of easily accessible outdoor recreation. the characterization facilities are currently going through needed upgrades
