This is a tight group who are not terribly open to anyone who either 1) is from another state, or, 2) did not graduate from CSU. Sure, you can find a few staff members, here and there, who are not from CO or CSU grads - but the majority fit the description above, and they definitely like it that way, and they will look down their nose at anyone who doesn't fit the model..
