Pros
Good benefits, tuition costs cover 9 credits a year. The pay is not the best for living in Hawaii but pays better that local agencies. I'm sorry I wish I had more positive things to say but I can't think of them. If you have the option of not taken this job DON'T TAKE IT. I was recruited over the phone, and I was not informed honestly on what was expected of my job.
Cons
Management is poorly trained. I have a master's degree yet I find 8 hrs of my 40 working hours go to cleaning because the company doesn't hire maintenance people. Management is so rude to the employees, this drives the moral down around the peers. Supervisor are not trained in management and it really shows, most if not all supervisors are painfully ignorant at their job.
