      It's a great atmosphere with a lot of students who are eager to learn. If you have a passion for what you're teaching, it's very rewarding.

      Cons

      Very low pay, no benefits, and no job security. Even if you have a graduate degree, you are treated like the bottom rung on the ladder.

      fort collins is a beautiful city with tons of easily accessible outdoor recreation. the characterization facilities are currently going through needed upgrades
