Good benefits, competitive salary, caring about employees, great campus environment, nice rec center and fun things like sports tickets and arts tickets. Good leave policies, generous vacation. There is also flexibility with many work schedules for salaried employees.
Cons
As with all higher ed institutions, pay is lower than private companies.
