Not impressed with management at Colorado State University - International Student Advisor Colorado State University Employee Review

The management is poor, with little supervision training. I often feel that they have no idea what they are doing or how to lead a staff or professionals. Most of the management in my area have been at CSU for a long time and don't seem to appreciate new blood or fresh ideas. They seem to be very closed to the idea of growth within the department and create a negative competitive environment.
