Pros
It was a very congenial place to work, but as soon as I was having a little trouble making it to a class, which could have been swapped with another prof, they laid me off that summer....no tenure. I had developed a neurological disease which effected my ability to move fast through crowded corridors. So, I was late (about 2 minutes) to class twice that semester.
Cons
The leadership was very poor in the liberal arts department, and no room at all for anyone with a disability or getting a little older....over 50.
