      Pros

      Fort COllins is a great city to live in and raise a family. The leaders at the university are open-minded and allow a work/life balance that is acceptable.

      Cons

      The international programs office is not outcomes focused; it is relationship/politically focused. Because of this, politics sometimes interferes with successful implementation of truly excellent programming.
