Decent pay, good people to work with

Cons

Raises are lacking, management constant turn over, private equity only means one thing and that is make more money for others. Ownership doesn't even know whos boss is who. Company has lost so many great people to greed and ego.

Really none they pay new guys more than tenured employees

Cons

Everything Horrible management the worst management I have ever seen they need completely new management they have their heads in the sand they only care who is the biggest brown noser that’s it it’s not about what you know how hard you work it’s about how much you follow management around giving them compliments that’s it they need entire new management do NOT work here
