• No requirement to work weekends (but the toxic management will be on your mind) • Matthew Gilson was great while he was with the company, but things took a turn for the worse after his departure and cfo took over.

coltech may appear promising at interview stage, but you will quickly realise the truth. management consistently make questionable decisions, which has contributed to their current situation. The cfo plays a significant role in the company's struggles, and the co-founder seems to share similar views, which has and will limit the company’s growth potential. The commission structure frequently changes, to the disadvantage of employees. Unlike other companies, coltech does not offer standard incentives or recognition for hard work. There’s a lack of transparency, with management not following through on commitments. When changes are made that negatively impact the team, they’re presented in a way that makes them seem positive, which can be frustrating. I’ve noticed that some of the positive reviews may not fully reflect the reality of the situation as its a requirement to leave positive reviews while employed. • Boiler room culture • High turnover • no wfh • No incentives or recognition for hard work • Changing salary and commission structure • management presents negative changes as positive developments • cfo has no recruitment experience, but is running the company.
