Took away monthly bonuses, yearly merit increases are minimal and even a good review will still not mean an increase, does not promote those who worked hard for a position, terrible work life balance perspective, cares more for good reviews than employees mental health, not allowed unpaid days off claiming it’s the law when it’s not , they can allow unpaid days off but require all sick and vacation days to be used so if you have a family or responsibilities outside work you will be penalized.
