Pros
Good pay, benefits and PTO. They offer a vacation purchase program so you can buy an extra week. You get all your vacation time at the beginning of the year and have a separate sick time accrual.
Cons
Overworked. It’s very easy to get burnt out. Backfilling positions is not management priority.
