Pros
Good work and home balance. Family oriented company. Has good health benefits and 401k match. Generous time off, and paid sick time. Time management is self directed most of the time, and independently managed.
Cons
Not much in the way training or written procedures to use as guidelines. Most o the training is through on the job experience and asking questions. It can feel very over whelming in the beginning.
