Very little...I guess most of the people there genuinely try to do a good job
Cons
Where to start... Middle/Direct Managers don't have your back AT ALL. Zero training for new hires, they show you your desk and you "figure it out" Pay is horrible and they try to pay you less if you transfer within. New hires get paid more than people who have been there years. Technology internally is 20 years behind. Excel is their best system. Completely disorganized in every facet. Upper management only cares about bottom line and does not value employees. They try to force a "culture" that does not exist. A lot of talk and not a lot of action.
