Pros
The bank's motto is 'you will notice the difference' and as a customer, on the outside, you probably will. The tellers are very friendly and coffee and cookies are almost always available with the tellers ready to help attitude.
Cons
But organization behind the scene is out of control. On many occasions, significant errors were made, that could have been prevented, if the organization of the dept. was improved. The 'passing the buck' idea with upper management is true. When ideas are mentioned, often times good, they go neglected. Management does not give appreciation to employees as much as they should. They have very loyal employees and that is hard to find.
