Pros
Good benefits, 40 hours of paid volunteer time, good coworkers, good management and fairly low turnover within my group, nice work environment that is relatively flexible, strong brand recognition.
Cons
Historically low pay (improving), 401k match is standard but could be improved to compete with the larger banks, raises tend to be low and promotions can be difficult to come by, no profit sharing despite strong financial success of the company, some systems are inadequate or clunky.
