Cons
Severely understaffed and treat the people they do have working there like they don't matter. Will set your expectations high acting like there is room to grow but in truth there isn't. Managers will promise you advancements in position then turn around and give the position to a friend. No support from leadership resulting in many burned out associates due to the high stress levels. Because some leadership won't do their jobs the work ends up on the shoulders of those it shouldn't - leads not helping with associate questions and so other associates have to stop their work to help. A lack of correct basic job information and knowledge by higher ups resulting in customers told wrong things and very angry - which is taken out on the associates.
