Good culture and upper management.
Cons
Lower managers seem to be "Peter Principled". That is they are elevated to their level of incompetence. Many seem to think that they are managing fast food employees rather than professionals. Very unfortunate that they do not focus on results. Obvious favoritism, unprofessional feedback, lack of management support and training are evident.
