Pros
THERE ARE NONE.
Cons
The whole company is managed by fear of reprisal and it starts and comes from the top with the current CEO. There is no coordination of effort between Executive management which trickles down to department heads, with everyone afraid of giving up some power to the other. All of this has destroyed the moral of the employee base and efficiency of all operations. It is reflected in the customer service in all areas, from the retail service to online banking and all lending platforms. Until there is a change in management and style of managing so that we can get back to the promise to use the "best of the best" in people and processes that we went into the merger thinking was going to happen, this organization is doomed.
