      Good pay and long hours. Great benefits. company vehicle depending on which department you work.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism, if you are close to upper management then you will get more money and easier routes. Trucks aren't properly maintained one week you will drive your assigned truck and the next you will be in someone else's.
