Good benefits, strong finances, family-owned, broad market.

Cons

Some immature and unfit supervisors / managers cause internal conflict between employees and depts. Upper Management does not seem to understand the nature of a highly engineered and broad product line. Little is done to develop employees.

Very low compensations Peanut like benefits No PTO on days like 31st dec, Martin Luther King Jr day No sick leaves. PTO is the sick leave!! An employee is just an number You can be fired even if work there for 25years; no loyalty!
