Pretty decent pay and unlimited OT for those who like the OT.

Cons

Probably the most unorganized company I’ve ever worked for. Lots of new higher ups trying to prove their power. Very filthy machine shop. Doesn’t seem like anything is taken care of properly. Limited on resources to do job properly.

Very low compensations Peanut like benefits No PTO on days like 31st dec, Martin Luther King Jr day No sick leaves. PTO is the sick leave!! An employee is just an number You can be fired even if work there for 25years; no loyalty!
