Very nice facility, clean and non cluttered.

Cons

Many of the management team are the very definition of workplace bullies. Lying is a common theme, non violent bullying & use of various scare techniques. Cliques are the true leaders, as the CEO and Assistant Vice Presidents stay hidden and promote inner turmoil and conflict.

It's healthcare and no one wants to be there (that's not CMHs fault) Lots of manager turnover (it's a small community, it happens)
