Pros
Managers wear a lot of hats and juggle a huge load of responsibilities. Most are dedicated and hardworking and show an enormous amount of compassion for their colleagues, patients and families. They try really to do the right thing and to manage resources wisely. The CEO has set up partnerships that will secure the future of the hospital and has done a great job modernizing services and bringing physicians to patients.

Sometimes it's hard to recruit because of the location.
