They make an effort to put art in the rooms and make the hospital look nice. They are part of several big initiatives and are growing and changing at a rapid pace.

Cons

Pay is below the market average. For example Providence pays their entry level certified medical assistants more. Their health insurance was also horrible and came with a laundry list of over 30+ things that they would not provide you coverage for. They don't provide training and you really aren't supported in your role.

It's healthcare and no one wants to be there (that's not CMHs fault) Lots of manager turnover (it's a small community, it happens)
